Tender submission to provide the Downtown Community Benefit District with a Public Realm Action Plan.

The concept is inspired by Steer’s bold response to the brief to change the perception of downtown from a business district to a multi-use vibrant area, reflected with the use of bright colourful shapes. The shapes themselves are abstracted buildings which pan out to reveal city blocks and a holistic public realm approach with emphasis on how people interact with the space.
